What Randoria is

Randoria is a web app that helps you discover random movies and games. You can filter recommendations, mark titles as watched or played, and browse as a guest or signed-in user.

What we collect

• Your email address when you sign in.
• Movies you mark as watched and games you mark as played, saved to your account when signed in.
• Temporary guest and browser state (for example filters and session preferences) that may not persist after you leave.
• Basic technical logs needed for security, debugging, and abuse prevention (such as request metadata and error information).
• Anonymous usage and performance information, such as page views, routes, device/browser type, country-level location, loading speed, and Core Web Vitals.

How we use data

• Authentication and account access.
• Saving and applying your watched and played history.
• Improving recommendations and app behavior.
• Preventing abuse and keeping the service reliable.
• Fixing bugs and understanding issues when something goes wrong.

Third-party services

Randoria relies on these services to run:

• Supabase for authentication and database storage.
• Vercel for hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights.
• TheTVDB for movie metadata.
• IGDB for game metadata.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by the services listed above so Randoria can operate.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your account or associated data, email support@randoria.me. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Metadata accuracy

Movie data provided by TheTVDB. Game data provided by IGDB under license.

Third-party metadata may be incomplete or inaccurate.
